Vashishti Delight Malai Kofta

Ingredients

• 3 Onions
• 3 Tomatoes
• Half Inch Ginger
• 4-5 Garlic Cloves
• 8-10 Vashisihti Whole
• Cashews
• 1 tsp Vashishti Black Peppercorn
• 100 gm Paneer
• 2 Boiled Potatoes
• 1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder
• Salt as per taste
• 1/2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
• 1 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
• 1/4th tsp Vashishti Turmeric Powder
• 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
• 2tbsp Vashishti A2 Cow Ghee
• 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
• 1/2 cup Milk
• Cream (optional)
• Vashishti Pure Honey for some sweetness
