Ingredients

• 0.5 pound bacon
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 stalks celery, chopped
• 1 quart chicken stock
• 2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and chopped
• 0.5 cup white wine
• 1 lime, juiced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• salt and pepper to taste
