- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 8 Chicken thighs or other pieces, with skin and bone
- 2 Cooking chorizo sausages, sliced into rounds
- 2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 800 g ans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 400 g Can of tomatoes, drained
- 200 ml Chicken Stock
- 1 Large sprig of thyme
- Small bunch of kale, thickly shredded
- Salt
- black pepper
