- 1 garlic clove, halved
- 400 ml (1 2/3 cups) dry white wine
- 400 g (14 ¼ oz) Miranda cheese (ideally grated or cubed)
- 400 gr (14 ¼ oz) Vacherin cheese (ideally grated or cubed)
- 30 ml cornstarch (mixed with some of the kirsch or white wine)
- 30 ml (~ 1 ounce) kirsch
- Freshly ground pepper and nutmeg (to taste)
- 2 baguette rolls, cubed
