Moussaka - Recipe - Marché Adonis

Ingredients

• 3 Large eggplants sliced, 1/2 inch thick
• 1 cup flour
• Olive oil
• 2 onions, finely chopped
• 2 lb ground lamb meat
• 3 tomatoes, chopped
• 1 cup crushed tomatoes
• Salt
• Pepper to taste
• 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• Shredded parmesan cheese
• Bechamel Sauce:
• 625ml of milk
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 3 eggs
• 4 tbsp flour
