• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 pound Aussie Ground Lamb
• 1 ½ cups mushrooms, minced
• 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• ¼ cup chopped cilantro
• ½ cup panko bread crumbs, toasted
• ¼ cup parmesan cheese
• ¼ cup chopped parsley
• Creole seasoning, to taste
