- 1 cup tomato pasta sauce
- 1 canned chili in adobo pepper, minced
- 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
- ½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- ½ small sweet onion, diced
- ½ cup finely diced red pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound Aussie Ground Lamb
- 1 ½ cups mushrooms, minced
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs, toasted
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- Creole seasoning, to taste
