Turkey, Green Chile and Corn Chowder – Young Guns Chile

Ingredients

• 6 slices of bacon
• 5 ears of corn, stripped
• 1 cup onion, chopped
• 1 cup celery, chopped
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1 cup Young Guns Hot Green Chile
• 1-1/2 cups of turkey, cubed or shredded
• 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
• 1/3 cup half-and-half
• 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 clove garlic, minced
