• 3 cups turkey, diced or shredded
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1/2 medium onion, diced
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 tbsp red chili powder
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp garlic salt
• 1/2 cup full-fat milk or cream
• 1/3 cup yogurt or sour cream
• 16 oz Pepper Jack cheese, grated
• 1-2 cups tortilla chips, crushed
