Ingredients

• 1 lb. Roll or 12 Patties (half of 24ct carton) Purnell’s Hot Country Sausage
• 2 cups celery, chopped
• 4 tbsp butter
• 2 tsp. grated orange rind
• 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
• 1/4 cup currants
• 1 medium yellow onion, minced
• 8 cups stale bread crumbs
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp thyme, marjoram, sage
• 1/4 cup orange juice
