Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 250 g yellow and green beans
• 2 canned tuna in oil
• 300 g boiled potatoes
• 225 g cherry tomatoes
• 1 red onion
• 75 g mixed baby lettuce leaves
• 1 dl black olives with stone
• 1 tbsp capers
• 1 lemon cut into wedges (unsprayed)
• 100 ml sour cream, 9%
• 100 ml mayonnaise
• 1 finely chopped garlic clove
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
• Zest and juice from 1 lemon (unwaxed)
• ½ tsp coarse salt
• freshly ground pepper
