• ½ cup (100 g) Redpath® Granulated Sugar
• 5 eggs
• ¼ cup (60 ml) rosewater
• 1 tsp (5 ml) pure vanilla extract
• 1 ¼ cup (310 ml) milk
• ½ cup (84 g) confetti sprinkles
• 2 recipes Quick Buttercream
• Fresh edible flowers
• ½ tsp (3 g) salt
• ½ tsp (2 ml) almond extract
• Blue or any desired gel food colouring
• 2/3 cup (12 g) edible flower petals
