Ingredients

• 800g beef chuck steak, diced into 4cm pieces
• 1 ½ tbsp sweet paprika
• ½ tsp dried chilli flakes
• 2 tsp caraway seeds
• ¼ cup plain flour
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 brown onions, thinly sliced
• 2 cups (500ml) salt-reduced beef stock
• 8 chat potatoes, quartered
• 1/2 bunch kale, stems removed, leaves shredded
• Steamed green beans, sour cream, finely chopped chives, lemon wedges, to serve
