• 1 scallion (spring onion)
• 150 gram chicken thigh meat
• 200 gram noodles
• 1 shallot
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 rawit chilli (or green chilli pepper)
• ½ napa cabbage
• 3 tbsp kecap manis
• 1 tbsp light soy sauce
• ½ tsp trassi
• 2-3 tbsp cooking oil
• salt to taste
