• ¼ cup olive oil
• 2 Tablespoons Sherry Vinegar
• 1 Tablespoon Achiote (Annatto) powder (Get the powder not the seeds)
• 1 teaspoon coarse salt
• ¼ teaspoon garlic granules or garlic powder
• ¼ teaspoon onion powder
• A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
