Chunky Beef and Mushroom Pie

• 0.25 small celery, diced
• 7 ounces of mushroom, quartered
• ½ cup brown ale
• ¼ cup beef stock
• ¼ cup tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tablespoon milk
• ½ teaspoon butter
