One of my absolute go-to recipes: meatball pasta with a Luxembourgish twist, served in a creamy mustard sauce.

- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 10g butter
- 3 tbsp Luxembourgish mustard
- 100ml white wine
- 250ml cream
