Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the pumpkin purée, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, Yo Mama’s Olive Oil and vanilla extract; Mix thoroughly and set aside; In a separate bowl, combine the flour, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix thoroughly; Pour in the dry mixture into the pumpkin mixture; Fold the mixture until you can no longer see any dry ingredients in the batter; Grease an 8” circle baking tin and pour in the batter; Bake at 350F for 20-25 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean; Out of the oven, let the cake cool for 20 minutes; Top with your favorite cream cheese frosting and fruit of choice; Slice and enjoy!
