Slow-cooker Oxtail Curry recipe by Isa

Ingredients

• 4x large pieces of oxtail, or 8 smaller ones
• 20x baby potatoes
• 2x onions, thinly sliced
• 6x cardamom seeds
• 3x cinnamon sticks
• 4x cloves
• 1 teaspoon garlic, ginger and chille paste
• 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 2 teaspoon coriander powder
• 2 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1-2 teaspoon chili powder to taste
• 1 teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) powder
• 5-10 dried red chilies to taste
• 1x tin of tomatoes
• ¼ cup white vinegar
• 1 teaspoon garam masala
• 200g Plain
