Ingredients
- 300g mung dahl
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. desiccated coconut
- 1 handful fresh coriander leaves
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 inch piece of cinnamon bark
- 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
- 5 whole cloves
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 green chilli, deseeded and chopped
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Handful of chopped fresh coriander
- Handful of baby spinach leaves
