Ingredients

• 180 ml (¾ cup) dried cherries (or cranberries), coarsely chopped
• 430 ml (1 ¾ cups) unbleached all-purpose flour
• 60 ml (¼ cup) cocoa powder
• 2.5 ml (½ tsp) baking soda
• 1 ml (¼ tsp) salt
• 180 ml (¾ cup) unsalted butter, softened
• 250 ml (1 cup) brown sugar
• 30 ml (2 tbsp) corn syrup
• 2 eggs
• 250 ml (1 cup) dark chocolate, coarsely chopped (6 oz/170 g)
• 125 ml (½ cup) white chocolate, coarsely chopped (3 oz/90 g)
