Tuna Puttanesca Recipe - Bakers Delight

Ingredients

• 120g dried wholemeal pasta
• 1 brown onion, diced
• 700g tomato passata (with basil if preferred or, a handful of basil leaves)
• ½ tsp chilli flakes
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• ½ tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
• 300g tinned tuna, drained
• ½ cup kalamata olives
• ½ sundried tomatoes
• 1 cup baby spinach, plus extra to serve
