Ingredients

• 150g spaghetti or linguine
• 1/2 clove garlic crushed
• dried chilli flakes a good pinch
• 6 SunBlush tomatoes chopped
• 1 large plum tomato diced
• 1 tbsp small capers
• 12 pitted black olives quartered
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 150g tin tuna drained
• a few leaves basil to serve
