Asparagus and bacon quiche

Ingredients

• Olive oil – 1/2 tablespoon.
• Ricotta cheese – 1 cup.
• Butter – 1/2 tablespoon.
• Dice onion – 1/3 cups
• Cremini mushrooms – 1- 1/4 cups.
• Plain yogurt – 1 cup.
• Salt- 1/2 teaspoon.
• Egg – 4 nos.
• Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon.
• Nutmeg – 1/2 teaspoon.
• Herbs de Provence – 1 teaspoon.
• Cooked and diced bacon – 1/2 cups.
• Dice and cook asparagus – 2- 3/4 cups.
