- ½ cup sugar
- 1 large egg well beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Add
- 2Tblsp apricot jam
- +-1 heaped cup flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- +- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon bicarb ..
- Add all to the rest of ingredients
- 1x 250 ml fresh cream
- +- ¾ cup sugar (Taste for sweetness)
- Add +-60ml melted butter
- Add all together
- And now bring to boil in stove
