• 1 1/2 cups Juanita’s Mexican Style Hominy or Juanita’s White Hominy
• 1 jalapeño
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 16 oz. ground beef
• 1 small tomato, chopped
• 1 tbsp. chili powder
• 2 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 tsp. oregano
• 1 tsp. black pepper
• 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
• Salt (to taste)
