- Corn husks
- Dough:
- 500 g cornflour
- 4 tbsp of nutritional yeast
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- Plain water
- Sauce:
- 700g mushrooms, sliced finely
- 500g green tomatoes
- 2 serrano chilis
- Handful coriander, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- ¼ white onion, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic
