• 2 can Cocktail sausages
• 2 Shallots
• 2.5 dl Cooking cream 18%
• 2.5 dl Beef broth
• 20 g Butter
• 200 g Mushrooms
• 300 g Carrots
• 600 g Lean beef
• 70 g Tomato puree. concentrated
