Want a gluten free gingerbread house to make for xmas? Well we don't have a kit but we do have a recipe!
Ingredients
- 475g gluten free self raising flour
- 3/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 3/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 2 1/2 teaspoons of ginger spice
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon (to taste)
- 115g butter
- 100g caster sugar
- 1 whole egg (65g in the shell)
- 150mls black treacle
