Pineapple 🍍 Atchaar recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 2 big pineapples 🍍 cubed
• 1 cup cubed red and green peppers 🌶
• 2 granny Smith apples 🍎 dipped in lemon 🍋 juice and cubed
• 3 tablespoon Apricot jam
• 3 tablespoon Methi (Fenugreek) masala
• 3 cups vinegar
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ cup maizena (corn flour)
• Oil
• 2 tablespoon Mustard seeds
• 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds
• 1 tablespoon garlic
• Sliced chillies
• Add to above
