Pineapple Achaar recipe by Sumayah

Ingredients

• 2 meduim pineapples
• 1 sml red pepper
• 1 sml green pepper
• 1 tablespoon whole jeeroo
• 4 tablespoons Methi (Fenugreek) masala (achaar masala) Salt to taste
• 2 cups white vinegar
• 1 and half cup sugar
• 2 teaspoon whole mustard seeds
• Handful of curry leaves
• 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
