Ingredients
- 4 large Pineapples cut up chunky
- Add 1 cup akalwaya pickle masala
- Pinch of saffron
- 3 heaped tablespoon mazina (make a paste)
- +-¾ cup sugar
- 1 ½ cup vinegar
- 1 cup water
- Add to the Pineapple achar mix
- 2 cups oil
- 1 Full tablespoon crushed garlic or you can use slices of garlic
- Mustard seeds
