Turkish pizza with spiced lamb recipe

Ingredients

• Spiced lamb turkish pizza
• 1 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 carrot, peeled and grated
• 500 gram lamb mince (see tip)
• 4 clove garlic, minced
• 2 teaspoon ground allspice
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• sea salt
• 1 Turkish pide, halved horizontally
• 100 gram baby spinach leaves
• 3 cup grated mozzarella
• lemon wedges, to serve
