Ingredients

• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
• 4 tbsp Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
• 1 tbsp honey
• 4 small beef steaks (approx. 100 g each)
• 100 ml flour
• 1 egg
• 200 g Kikkoman Panko - Japanese style crispy bread crumbs
• 4 tbsp mayonnaise
• 0.25 finely chopped pointed cabbage
• 8 slices of brioche sandwich bread
