- 100 g Lurpak® Slightly Salted Butter, softened
- 20 g Lurpak® Slightly Salted Butter for greasing
- 225 g plain flour, sieved (approx.)

- 1 large free-range egg
- 6 tbsp apricot jam
- 6 medium-sized apples, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp of icing sugar
