• Pork belly, scored and dry rubbed
• Marinated pork loin
• 1 tbs kosher salt
• Cracked pepper
• 6 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbs orange zest
• 1 tbs fresh rosemary, minced
• 1 tbs fresh thyme, minced
• 2 tsp ground fennel seed
• Marinated broccoli rabe in extra virgin olive oil, shaved garlic, salt and pepper
• Slices of sharp provolone
• Crusty baguette, sliced lengthwise
