• 1/2 c vegan margarine
• 2 T broth powder, (Frontier beefy broth is best or 2 Knorr vegetable bouillon cubes) or (use 2 teaspoons garlic salt and 1 Tablespoon onion powder)
• 2 t basil
• 1 t dry mustard
• 1 t thyme
• ¼ c red wine
• 1 T soy sauce
• 2 cloves minced garlic
• 8 oz sliced mushrooms
