- 1/8 Tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 Bay leaf
- 2-15 Ounces Cans Garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 14 1/2 Ounces Can Chopped tomatoes
- 4 Cups Packed Chopped Dinosaur kale
