• 1 cup Whole Milk
• 2 tsp Vanilla extract
• 1 tsp Almond extract
• 1 cup Salted butter, room temperature
• 3 ½ cups Confectioners’ sugar
• ½ cup unsweetened natural or dutch-process cocoa powder
• 3 tbsp Heavy Cream
• ½ cup Salted butter, room temperature
• 8 oz Cream cheese softened
• 4 cups Confectioners’ sugar
• 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
