• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
• 1 pound crabmeat, picked clean of shells (or canned)
• 5 eggs
• 1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
• 40 sheets Athens Phyllo Dough, thawed
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
