  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 (8-oz.) piece Gorgonzola cheese, rind removed
  • 1 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> oz. (about 3 slices) pumpernickel bread, torn into 1/4" pieces
