Egg Muffuletta Sandwich - Manitoba Egg Farmers

Ingredients

• 1 10-inch (25 cm) round Italian bread
• 2 Tbsp (30 mL) light mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp (15 mL) basil pesto
• 2 cups (500 mL) shredded romaine lettuce
• 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
• 8 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
• ½ cup (125 mL) sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped (optional)
• 1 cup (250 mL) sliced black olives
• 1 cup (250 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 small red onion, sliced
• 6 slices of deli or roast turkey breast
