• 1 Tbsp (15 ml) chilli powder
• 2 Tbsp (30 ml) smoked paprika
• 2 C (250 ml) red wine
• 2 x 400 g tins chopped tomatoes
• 3 C (750 ml) beef stock

• 3 large potatoes, thinly sliced
• 4 Pink LadyR Apples
• 1⁄4 C (60 ml) melted butter
