Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Italian olive oil
- Juice and zest of 1 orange
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 TBS honey
- 1 TBS Dijon Mustard
- Coarse salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 bulbs of fennel
- 1 red onion
- 1 cup of walnuts
- 1 cup of almonds
- 3 oranges
- 2 grapefruits
- 3 cups of mixed greens
- 1 head of radicchio
