• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

• 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
• 600 ml beef stock
• Salt and black pepper
• 300 g plain flour
• 75 g cold unsalted butter
• 75 g lard
• Pinch of salt
• 5 tbsp cold water
• 1 egg
