Ingredients

• 12 lasagna noodles
• 1/2 recipe Beef Braised in Red Wine, meat and cooking juices separated
• 4 cups (1 litre) grated mozzarella
• 1/2 lb (227 g) white mushrooms, quartered
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
• 2 cups (500 ml) zucchini cut into small cubes
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
• Salt and pepper
