Ingredients: 2 pounds ground beef; 2 shallots (or 1 red onion), chopped; 4 cloves garlic, chopped; 3 tablespoons Gefen BBQ Sauce; 3 pounds yuca (cassava); 1/2 a red pepper; 1 tablespoon garlic powder; 2 teaspoons paprika; 1 cup parsley, cleaned and chopped; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1 egg; 2 tablespoons Gefen Tapioca Starch, plus an additional 1/2 cup for assembly (you can make this year-round using flour); beaten egg, for brushing
