Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups Extra White Gold 1:1 Bread Flour
• 1 teaspoon dry yeast
• 1- 1 1/4 cups water (Add the water gradually to the flour)
• 2 tablespoons EVOO
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Handful of cherry tomatoes
• Gluten free certified Zaatar
• 1 cup goat cheese spread (store bought) or mozzarella cheese
• 1 egg, for an egg wash
