- Foil paper (not needed if you want to cook it in the microwave)
- 3 to 4 lbs of boneless pork meat or chicken (thighs and breast)
- 1/2 cup Sofrito
- 1 cup tomato sauce (Spanish style)
- 1/4 cup raisins, optional
- 1/4 cup stuffed olives
- 1 cup cooking ham, if desired
