Ingredients

• 4 oz. dry wide egg noodles
• 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
• 1 Tbsp. each minced fresh thyme and garlic
• ½ cup all-purpose flour
• 2 ½ cups low-sodium chicken broth
• 1 cup half-and-half
• ½ cup dry white wine
• 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 2 cups chopped cooked turkey
• 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and patted dry
